How to add contacts
on Secuurus
STEP 1
To access the app, use your account. If you don't have one, click "Create Account".
STEP 2
View eMessaging and click on "Launch"
STEP 3
Click on "Contacts" on the bar at the bottom.
Then click on +-
Then click on +-
STEP 4
Fill out the fields with the required information regarding First Name (A); Last Name (B); State (C) and Facility (D).
All this information will be included on each inmate's profile.
You can also research the contact using the ID Number instead of First and Last Name.

STEP 5
Click on the correct result.
STEP 6
Confirm you want to add the contact by clicking on "Confirm".
STEP 7
The contact is now added to your contacts list and you may start communicating with your loved one.
